If a buyer has booked renwd
We will never ask you for an "insurance" or "release" fee. You'll get a link with the collection day, the driver's first name and a code. Hand the item over only when the driver shows the matching code.
What happens on collection day
- The evening before, you get a 2-hour window by text.
- The driver arrives, says their name and shows the code.
- They wrap the item and carry it out. You don't need to help.
- That's it. Payment for the item is between you and your buyer.

Put this in the first line of your description:
No car? Delivery by renwd from £19 across London. Get a price at renwd.co
And add the badge to your main photo. Lime stands out on Marketplace and eBay, which is the point.
Please don't write "free delivery". On Marketplace that phrase is linked to scams and puts careful buyers off.

Questions people ask
Do I have to pay renwd anything?
No. Never. The buyer books and pays. If anyone claiming to be renwd asks you for money, insurance or card details, it's a scam: don't pay, and tell us.
How do I know the driver is from renwd?
Your collection link on renwd.co shows the driver's first name and a code. The driver shows you the same code. If it doesn't match, don't hand the item over.
When do I get paid for my item?
That's between you and your buyer. Most sellers ask for a bank transfer before the collection day. Our drivers don't carry cash.
Can I use the badge on my listing?
Yes. Download it below and add it to your main photo, then paste "Delivery by renwd from £19, book at renwd.co" into your description.
