Prices

How much does renwd cost?

From £19. Your exact price depends on the distance, the item and any stairs, and the quote tool shows it in about 30 seconds.

Is there a flat fee or hourly minimum?

No. You pay for the trip, not for a block of time.

Can the price change after I book?

No. The price you see is the price you pay.

When and how do I pay?

By card, using a secure payment link we send you, once we've confirmed your day. Nothing is taken when you request a booking.

What we move

What can you move?

One piece of second-hand furniture at a time. Sofas, wardrobes, bed frames and big mattresses get a two-person crew; desks, chests of drawers, pushchairs, cots, coffee tables and the like get one. Either way, the price shows in the quote.

Do you move sofas, beds or wardrobes?

Yes. We send a two-person crew, and the price shows in the quote like any other item.

Can you move more than one item?

A matching pair or set from the same seller to the same address (bedside tables, up to six dining chairs) counts as one job. Items from different sellers are separate bookings.

Do you take things to the tip?

No. We move furniture from one home to another. Carrying waste for money needs a waste carrier registration.

Days and areas

Where do you deliver?

Across London, opening area by area. Put in any two London postcodes and you'll see your price. If we're not collecting near you yet, you'll be first to know when we are.

When will you collect?

On your area's collection days. You pick the date and morning or afternoon. We confirm by 2pm the day before and text a 2-hour window that evening.

Do you do same-day?

Not yet. If you book before noon, the earliest is usually tomorrow.

Do I need to be at the seller's address?

No. The driver collects using the code in the seller's link and brings the item to you.

Trust and safety

Will you ask the seller for money?

No. We never ask sellers for an "insurance", "verification" or "release" fee. That's how the common courier scam works, so if anyone does, it isn't us.

How does the seller know it's really you?

Their link on renwd.co shows the driver's first name and a collection code. The driver shows the same code.

What if something gets damaged?

Every item is wrapped in blankets before it's loaded. If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll come back to you within a working day.

What if the seller isn't in?

The driver waits 10 minutes and calls. If nobody answers, we rebook you on the next collection day, once, at no charge.
