Terms
The short version of what we promise and what we ask of you.
This is a starting draft. Have it checked before you take real bookings.
Price
The price shown when you book is the price you pay. It is worked out from the distance between the postcodes and the floors you tell us. If the item or the floors are very different from what you told us, the driver may refuse the job and we'll refund you in full.
What we carry
One piece of household furniture or nursery equipment per booking. Items that need two people get a two-person crew at the price shown. No waste, no hazardous items, no items the seller doesn't own.
Days
We confirm your day by 2pm the day before and send a 2-hour window that evening. If we have to move your day, we'll tell you by then, credit you £3, and we will not move it a second time.
Payment
The buyer pays renwd by card, through a secure payment link, after the day is confirmed. Payment for the item itself is between buyer and seller.
Cancelling
Free until we confirm your day. After that, we may keep up to the minimum price if the driver has already set out.
Damage
Items are wrapped in blankets before loading. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is damaged, with photos.
