Short answer
renwd collects furniture you've bought on Facebook Marketplace and delivers it to your door in London from £19. You book in about 30 seconds, and send the seller our collection link. There's nothing for them to arrange.
What it costs
From £19, with no hourly minimum. Your price depends on the distance, the item and any stairs. You see it before you book, and it doesn't change.
Get your exact price. It takes about 30 seconds.
Good to know
- Agree the sale first, then book. Tell the seller which day we're coming.
- Pay the seller directly, usually by bank transfer while our driver is there and has checked the item. Our drivers don't carry cash.
- Send the seller the renwd link so they can see the driver's name and the collection code.
- Avoid listings promising "free delivery, cash on delivery" for new-looking furniture. They're often dropship spam.
How it works
- Get a price with both postcodes. About 30 seconds, no account.
- Pick a day from your area's collection days, morning or afternoon.
- Send the seller our link. It shows the driver's name and a collection code to check.
- Get a 2-hour window the evening before. The driver collects, wraps the item and carries it to your door.
Across London
Put in any two London postcodes and you'll see your price. If we're not collecting near you yet, you'll be first to know when we are. Already collecting around Peckham, Hackney, Brixton, Fulham.
Questions people ask
Does Facebook Marketplace offer delivery in London?
Some listings offer shipping, but most furniture is collection only. renwd fills that gap from £19.
Do I need to be there when the seller hands it over?
No. The driver collects with a code and brings the item to you.
Will the seller think it's a scam?
Sellers are right to be careful. Our link shows the driver's name and a code, and says plainly that we never ask for an "insurance" or "release" fee. That's what genuine looks like.
