What we collect when you get a quote

• The pickup and drop-off postcodes, the item, floors and lifts, your preferred day, and where you found the item.
• Your first name, mobile number and/or email, if you book or join the waitlist.
• How you reached the site (for example the advert or page you came from).

Why

• To price, plan and carry out your trip, and to contact you about it (contract).
• To tell you when we reach your area, if you joined the waitlist (consent; reply STOP or email us to opt out).
• To email you a quote you asked us to send, and at most one reminder about it (you can opt out from any email).
• To decide where to open next, using postcode districts (legitimate interest).

We share the minimum needed with the driver doing your job: first name, address, contact number and item. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records for 6 years for tax purposes. Waitlist details until we can serve you or you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 2 years.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It's set up for statistics only: Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and it doesn't follow you across other sites. You can turn it off at any time with cookie settings.

Advertising cookies (for example from Meta or Google Ads) only load if you click "Accept all". We also keep a note of your choice and where you came from during a visit, which the site needs to work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Postcode lookups

The quote tool checks postcodes with postcodes.io, a free service that uses Office for National Statistics and Ordnance Survey open data.
